Each of our candles are soy-based wax, with a wooden wick. They are hand-poured to ensure an evenly distributed fragrance for an immediate burst of fragrance from start to finish. We are approved as the supplier for Tennessee Soybean Association.

SHIPPING

  • Orders typically will ship out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated such as in the case of a pre-order (shipping may take an extra day during high-volume times such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday).
  • All orders are shipped from a USA address.
  • $8 Flat-Rate Shipping (U.S. Only). Includes APO addresses.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has shipped.
  • When ordering for a special occasion or gift, please keep in mind possible post office delays, especially during high-volume times such as holidays.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Returns & exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase UNLESS they are damaged. See damage policy below.
  • Returns are not possible with pre-orders or final sale items.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping (please obtain a tracking number to reference for your return).
  • Items are only eligible for return or exchange when sent back in the original condition in which they were received: unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Return/exchanges must also be free of any signs of wash, wear, or odors.
  • Please contact us before attempting a return/exchange.

 

DAMAGES

  • Please inspect your orders for damages or mistakes within 3 days of delivery date for shipped orders or 5 days of ordering for local pickup orders.
  • Submit a photo of the damage with your name, item name, and order number to thepaisleypeacock4@gmail.com
  • Please do not try washing or removing the damage yourself. Once an item has been washed, we are not able to assist with damages. We will issue a refund and return label for damages. We do not send replacement items.
