SHIPPING

Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday. Typically orders are shipped out the following business day. We are not responsible for any packages after the tracking shows delivered or any wrong addresses that are submitted.

Orders typically will ship out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated such as in the case of a pre-order (shipping may take an extra day during high-volume times such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday).

All orders are shipped from a USA address.

$8 Flat-Rate Shipping (U.S. Only). Includes APO addresses.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has shipped.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns in exchange for store credit. Please return items unused, free of any aroma, and in the same condition you received them with tags attached within 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to you, unfortunately, we can not accept the return. We DO NOT except returns on FINAL SALE items.

    How to return:

    To return your product, you should mail your product to: 21 South Main St, Lexington, TN 38351

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Please make sure to include your name or order number in the package

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please make sure to keep your tracking number incase this happens!

      Late or missing returns 
      • Please allow 3-7 business days for returns to be processed. A store credit code will be issued via email or phone number provided by the customer. If you haven’t received your store credit code within 7 business day of the return showing delivered, please contact us at thepaisleypeacock4@gmail.com.

       

      DAMAGES

      • Please inspect your orders for damages or mistakes within 3 days of delivery date for shipped orders & local pickup.
      • Submit a photo of the damage with your name, item name, and order number to thepaisleypeacock4@gmail.com
      • Please do not try washing or removing the damage yourself. Once an item has been washed, we are not able to assist with damages. We will issue a refund and return label for damages. We do not send replacement items.
